The Ceremony Space

Queen Anne’s Loft feels intimate and airy in its ceremony configuration. The focal point is a series of arched French doors and windows that flood the space with natural light and offer views of the surrounding downtown Newport area.

Atmosphere: Bright and ethereal with soft cream-colored walls and elegant wainscoting.
The Altar: Fully customizable for your aesthetic. Or use our circular gold arbor, decorated with your décor, draped in delicate white fabric and accented with floral greenery—a modern yet romantic backdrop for your vows.
Seating: Rows of our dark fruitwood Versailles chairs with ivory cushions create a striking contrast against the light oak hardwood floors.
Lighting: A stunning, low-profile crystal branch chandelier serves as a centerpiece, adding a touch of whimsical luxury to the ceiling.

The Reception Setting

For the reception, the venue transforms into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout maximizes the floor plan while maintaining an easy flow for guests.

Capacity: Seated Dinner: Up to 92 guests using our classic 60″ round tables. Most comfortable for 82 guests or less, with ample space for a dance floor. Cocktail Reception: Up to 125 guests for a more fluid, standing event with high and low cocktail tables.
Tablescape: Our 60″ round dinner tables are dressed in floor-length ivory linens and three gold mercury glass votives. We provide everything needed to set a stunning table. Your rental includes all high-end glassware, polished silverware, and classic china, ensuring your private celebration is as effortless as it is beautiful—complemented by your centerpieces, table numbers, favors, etc.
Observation Deck: Blending historic architectural charm with a prime view of the downtown action. Our Observation deck is perfect for taking in the harbor breeze and sunset views with your closest family and friends.
Wall Details: Large, arched mirrors on the side walls reflect the light and the chandelier, making the room feel even more expansive and festive.
